STEP 6 – SLEEP SUPPORT

Everyone can agree that a good night’s sleep is very important, but not everyone is able to unwind and relax enough to achieve it. Stress, anxiousness, tension all affect your ability to get a good night’s rest. Whether it’s from your workday, a hectic schedule with the kids and after school activities, it’s sometimes hard to get your brain to quiet down.

SWEET DREAMS ROLLER BOTTLE RECIPE

• 3 drops CLEMENTINE Essential Oil

• 3 drops Lavender Essential Oil

• 2 drops Roman Chamomile Essential Oil

• 1 drop Vetiver Essential Oil

• 1 drop Ylang Ylang Essential Oil

• Fractionated Coconut Oil

Combine Essential Oils in a 10ml roller bottle and top off with Fractionated Coconut Oil. Shake gently before each use. To use: roll onto inner wrists and back of the neck 10-15 minutes prior to turning in for the night.

FLOATING ON A CLOUD DIFFUSER BLEND RECIPE

• 3 drops CLEMENTINE Essential Oil

• 2 drops Lavender Essential Oil

• 2 drops Petitgrain Essential Oil

• 1 drop Roman Chamomile Essential Oil

Start diffusing this blend in the bedroom at least 10 minutes prior to turning in for the night to allow the Essential Oils to be dispersed into the room.

Used separately or in combination, these recipes will help you to relax and get a restful night’s sleep.
